Cheesy Spinach & Artichoke Dip

1 can (14oz) artichoke heartss, drained, finely chopped
1 pkg. (10ox) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup Mayo
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all ingredients until well blended, spoon into a 9-inch pie plare bake at 350F for 20 minutes... serve with crackers and or assorted veggies..
